How a visit works
We keep the process simple and written down, so there are no surprises on the bill.

We confirm a two-hour window. Same-day visits are often possible in Uttara, Airport, Uttarkhan and nearby areas.
The technician tests the fridge properly — current draw, temperatures, pressures where needed — and explains the fault in plain words.
You get the price for parts and labour before we start. If you decide not to go ahead, you only pay the visit fee.
We repair, run the fridge until it reaches temperature, clean up, and send your receipt and warranty on WhatsApp.

Why people call us back
The most expensive fridge repair is the one that has to be done twice. We see it every week: a compressor replaced when the real fault was a ৳300 relay, or gas topped up on a system that was leaking from a pinhole in the evaporator. The fridge cools for a fortnight and then the problem comes back.
Our technicians test before they replace. They measure the current the compressor draws, check the start components, and only open the sealed system when the readings point there. If gas is needed, the leak is found and repaired first, the system is vacuumed, and the refrigerant is weighed in — not guessed by the feel of the suction pipe.
That approach takes a little longer on the day, but it is why most of our jobs are finished in one visit and why we can put a 90-day warranty on the work.

A grocery visi-cooler, a restaurant under-counter chiller or a pharmacy vaccine fridge does not get to wait until next week. We prioritise commercial breakdowns, carry common fan motors, thermostats and door gaskets for display units, and offer maintenance plans that include scheduled coil cleaning, temperature logging and gasket checks.
Many commercial failures are preventable. Dust-choked condensers and tired door seals make compressors run hot and long — especially in Dhaka’s summer heat. A quarterly service costs far less than a compressor and a day of spoiled stock.

We service locally assembled and imported refrigerators, including direct-cool and no-frost models, inverter and non-inverter compressors, and both R600a and R134a systems. If your brand isn’t listed, call us — the underlying refrigeration is the same, and we will tell you honestly if a part is hard to source.

Deep cleaning
Our deep clean is not a wipe-down. We empty and remove every shelf and drawer, wash them separately, clean the gasket folds where mould hides, flush the defrost drain, clean the drip tray and vacuum the condenser coils at the back or underneath.
Clean coils and a sealing door gasket let the compressor rest more often — which means lower electricity bills and a longer life for the most expensive part in the fridge. We recommend a deep clean every six months for households and every three months for commercial units.

Often, yes. Relays, thermostats, fans, gaskets and even compressors can be replaced economically on older fridges if the cabinet and sealed system are sound. If the repair would cost more than roughly half the price of a comparable new fridge, we will say so and explain why.
Only the visit and diagnosis fee (৳500 inside Uttara; slightly more for distant areas, quoted when you book). If you go ahead with the repair, the diagnosis fee is included in the final price.
We won’t. Refrigerant does not get “used up” — if it is low, it has leaked. Topping up without repairing the leak only delays the same breakdown and wastes your money. We trace the leak, repair it, vacuum the system and then charge by weight.
For most household fridges, stand it upright for at least four hours (overnight if it travelled lying down) before switching on. This lets the compressor oil settle back where it belongs.
