About Elite Fridge Care
Elite Fridge Care is a Dhaka refrigeration service company working from Sector 7, Uttara. We chose to specialise in one appliance so we could do it properly — with the right training, the right instruments and the right parts in the van.
Why we started
Almost every family in Dhaka has a fridge story: the technician who topped up gas and disappeared, the compressor that was “finished” but turned out to need a ৳300 relay, the repair that lasted exactly as long as it took to pay for it.
Elite Fridge Care was set up to be the opposite of that. The idea was simple: a small, well-trained team that treats fridge repair as a technical job — measured, explained, written down and guaranteed.
We work on household refrigerators and on the commercial coolers and freezers that keep Dhaka’s shops, restaurants and pharmacies running. We don’t sell fridges, we don’t do washing machines or air conditioners on the side. Refrigeration is the whole job.
From our base in Uttara we cover the northern city same-day and the rest of Dhaka by appointment. Our office handles bookings, quotes and warranties, and our technicians spend their days where the work is — in kitchens, shops and store rooms.
How we work
We measure first. Parts are replaced because readings point to them, not because they are the easiest to sell.
A written price for parts and labour before anything is changed. You decide, every time.
Shoe covers, floor sheets and a clean-up when we finish. Your kitchen is left the way we found it.
Ninety days on labour and fitted parts. If the same fault returns, we come back.
The team
Our booking desk in Uttara takes your call, notes the brand, model and symptom, and briefs the technician before the visit so the right parts go in the bag. They also handle quotes, receipts and warranty questions — so you are never chasing a technician’s personal number.
Our field technicians come from electrical and refrigeration trade backgrounds and are trained in-house on the brands most common in Bangladesh, on inverter systems, and on safe handling of flammable R600a refrigerant. They carry ID and wear uniform on every visit.
Responsibility
Refrigerants are powerful greenhouse gases or flammable hydrocarbons, and both deserve care. We recover refrigerant rather than venting it where our equipment allows, never “top up” a leaking system, and charge by weight so no more gas goes into the system than it needs.
Old compressors and copper parts are sent for recycling, and we will advise you honestly when a fridge is at the end of its life and how to dispose of it responsibly.
